Adv. Amit Cohen is a partner in the firm with more than 20 years of experience, during which he became a leading commercial attorney. Within the framework of Amit’s practice, he represented many multinational companies in complex M&A transactions, including Johnson & Johnson, Publicis Groupe, Jordache Groupe and others.
Amit advises commercial clients on an ongoing basis, including with regard to various agreements and transactions, both in Israel and internationally. Within the framework of his practice, Amit represents multinational corporations such as subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson, Gulfstream Aerospace, as well as Israeli companies having local and international activities, such as Arkia and GoTo Mobility Group (Car2Go).
In addition, Amit also advises clients in tax matters, including involvement in litigation proceeding in various tax fields.
Amit joined the firm in 1997 as a pre-intern and was made a partner in 2006.
Amit received his LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and also has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University.
Amit was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1999.
Before studying law, Amit was a pilot in the Israeli Air Force, and holds the rank of major (Res.).
