Environmental law

The firm represents the Ramat Hovav Industrial Local Council.

The representation includes accompanying and advising various council committees, including professional committees such as the Air Quality Committee; representing the Local Zoning Committee before various zoning institutions (National Council, Ministry of the Interior, District Committee and Appeals Committee); drafting contracts for the purchase of goods, services, employment agreements and tenders.

Advising and representing the council in transactions between it and external entities; representing the council before various governmental authorities, including governmental ministries, public institutions and other local councils; representing the council in litigation; providing ongoing advice on diverse subjects, such as labor law, wages, licensing, privacy laws, and taxation; drafting local ordinances and handling their  execution, collection matters, environmental matters and nuisance prevention, water matters, ordinance enforcement, etc.
