Adv. Hila Nudler – Donagi is a senior attorney in the Litigation Department, with  more than 20 years of experience in many fields of civil – commercial litigation and dispute resolution, administrative law, tenders law and cooperative societies.

 

Hila has many years of rich experience in representing clients both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex civil proceedings. She appears in all the judicial tribunals, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

Hila’s extensive professional experience, her deep knowledge in a variety of legal fields, alongside her broad and deep understanding of the legal world, gives her the ability to provide her clients with the unique legal representation tailored to their needs, while affording her a wide-ranging and holistic point of view over the entire legal dispute, and thus advancing creative solutions to resolve disputes for her clients.

Hila manages cases involving monetary claims having a scope of millions of shekels, deals with litigation in the fields of infrastructure, corporate law and contracts law and represents petitioners in the Supreme Court sitting as a High Court of Justice.

In addition, Hila provides legal counsel to various tender committees in fields as diverse as infrastructure and education.  The counselling includes drafting tender documents, examining the bids tendered in the process, providing ongoing legal advice for the committee’s activities, and legal representation for processes relating to the tenders.

As someone who was born and grew up in a MOSHAV [cooperative settlement] and was educated in the Kaduri Agricultural School, Hila developed and acquired over the years unique expertise in Israeli water and agricultural law, which allows her to combine her broad and deep personal knowledge in the field with her many years of legal experience and to accompany agricultural entities in their struggle with governmental offices, public authorities and water infrastructure companies.

Among her clients can be counted governmental infrastructure companies, municipal corporations, water societies, some of the largest insurance companies in the Israeli economy, KIBBUTZIM, MOSHAVIM and private farmers from all over Israel.

Hila received her LL.B. and LL.M. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Hila was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1988.
