International commerce

Corporations are involved one way or another in international business activities. Increasingly, midsize Firms are discovering that their success requires active participation in the world market.

Doing business in the international arena is exciting but can be complex and intimidating for both the seasoned and new corporate entrant alike. The array of domestic statutes and regulations governing such things as exporting, importing, investing and generally conducting business in or involving foreign jurisdictions can be daunting. The International Trade Client Service Group exists exclusively to assist clients in meeting these challenges in the expanding world market.

BGA regularly counsels clients in complying with such laws and, when necessary, assists in dealing with the governmental investigations and enforcement actions that can be a troubling part of the international regulatory landscape.
