BGA represents developers and landowners, management companies, hotels, credit companies, municipalities, regional and local councils and zoning committees.
BGA is handling several major development transactions throughout Israel, involving thousands of housing units, including planning and land rezoning. The Firm is engaged in an innovative form of transaction in parts of Israel that will substantially enhance the value of designated land.
The office is heavily involved in planning and construction law matters.
