Adv. Sivan Tayri practices in the areas of planning and zoning, expropriation, real estate, commercial law, litigation and contracts.

Sivan did her internship in the firm and joined the legal staff immediately after completing the Bar Association tests in 2007.

Sivan represents the firm’s clients and provides ongoing legal accompaniment on planning, zoning and expropriation subjects and accompanies many projects in this field, with an emphasis on land planning and expropriation by the authorities. Sivan is involved in accompanying the conduct of expropriation proceedings, including accompanying and conducting negotiations, trying of lawsuits in the various tribunals, including opposition proceedings, appeals and claims pursuant to Section 197 of the Planning and Planning and Building Law – 1965, and more.

Sivan’s clients include the largest infrastructure companies in Israel – Netivei Israel Co., Israel Railways Co., Netivei Ayalon, Trans-Israel Highway, and more, alongside local authorities and private clients.

Sivan also handles various claims and proceedings for private entrepreneurs in the areas of planning,  zoning and real estate, including proceedings with the various planning institutions, administrative proceedings, civil lawsuits and more.

Clients testify that the service she provides is characterized by a high availability, professionalism and a creative response to the client’s needs.

In addition to her legal activities, Sivan has been responsible in recent years for the ongoing accompaniment and recruitment of volunteers within the framework of the firm’s voluntary activities in the “Shorashim” Project and for the past decade has been one of the volunteers within the framework of this important and valuable project.

Sivan received her L.L.B. and a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya

Sivan was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2007.
