Adv. Neta Rosman joined Balter, Guth, Aloni & Co. as an intern in 2009, and as an attorney as of 2011.
Adv. Rosman specializes in civil litigation, with a special emphasis on tort, insurance (including medical malpractice), traffic and occupational accidents, and professional liability litigation.
Among others, Adv. Rosman represents the largest insurance entities in Israel, in various judicial tribunals, handling complex litigation cases (sometimes dealing with tens of plaintiffs per case).
With over ten years of experience, Adv. Rosman vast experience in dealing with all major insurance entities in Israel, deep acquaintance with all the types of insurance policies customary in the market and familiarity with all key players (including state bodies) involved in insurance arena in Israel, are valuable assets any client would like to be equipped with when commencing litigation.
Neta received her LL.B. (majoring in international commercial law) and a B.A from the Reichman University (2009).
