Adv. Tehila Lavi has been an attorney in the Tiberias Branch since 2012, and is engaged in the fields of torts, insurance, litigation and the water economy. She has more than eight years of experience in appearances in the various courts throughout the country.
In the torts and insurance field, Adv. Lavi has a rich experience both in representing defendants (insurance companies) and in representing plaintiffs in a range of tort aspects, including bodily injury and property damages, occupational accidents, traffic accidents, assault, construction defects and more.
Adv. Lavi’s experience in representing entities on both sides of the fence constitutes a big advantage in light of her acquaintance with the insurance entities and the types of policies, something that enables her to conclude the claims in the best and most efficient manner.
In recent years Adv. Lavi specialized in the subject of the Water Law and all that flows therefrom, including the various water infrastructures and water plants.
Within this framework, Tehila represents and accompanies water associations in a plethora of legal issues, such as handling matters with water consumers, Mekorot and the Water Authority, including lawsuits being conducted in the Water Court.
Likewise, Adv. Lavi has broad experience in preparing ongoing powers of attorney, and she accompanies many clients with great sensitivity and professionalism.
Tehila received her LL.B. from Haifa University and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2012.
