The Tel Aviv office was established in 1974, together with the establishment of the office in Jerusalem. It is the largest of the firm’s branches and is located in the business center of Tel Aviv.
The branch supplies legal services to a wide variety of clients, including some of the biggest business entities in Israel, publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, large public entities, banks, real estate companies, hi-tech companies, cooperative societies, some of the leading insurance companies in the economy, and more.
The lawyers in the Tel Aviv Branch are among the prominent attorneys in Israel, and provide legal services of the highest level in a variety of fields, while closely cooperating with their colleagues in the branches of the firm. Some of the lawyers have advanced or additional academic degrees in an assortment of fields, including economics, accounting, business administration, political science, history and more, which supplements their broad knowledge which they combine with their legal services.
The branch atmosphere is characterized by a close friendship among the team members, both within the office and outside of it, the full involvement of the senior partners in every case and close training of the young generation in the firm. A great emphasis is placed in the branch on the subject of personal diversity, team building and enriching the professional knowledge of all the employees through courses, seminars and more.
In recent years the Tel Aviv Branch merged into it a number of boutique firms of the top order, and thus expanded its areas of activity and the range of legal services provided by it.
The founders of the firm, Moshe Balter and Ehud Guth, who got together during their military service, jointly established the successful firm that came about as a result of this friendship, and continued to develop in that spirit of friendship.
The spirit of friendship and loyalty is an important value in the firm. Most of the senior partners in the firm started as interns in the firm and grew in it, and likewise a large number of the attorneys and administrative personnel.

The skilled staff provides support both to the legal team in the office and to the clients, and assists the attorneys to do their work in the best and most efficient manner. An additional important value of the office is tits contribution to the community. As part of its commitment to the community, the branch staff has been volunteering for many years in the “Shorashim” School in South Tel Aviv within the framework of a project of “A Different Lesson” nonprofit organization.
