Adv. Rani Guth serves as the firm’s Director of Finance, Administrative Director and is in charge of information technology, data security and communications in the office.
Rani leads the transition to full work in a secure cloud environment, complying with strict international standards, utilizing smart cards, digital tax invoices, online reporting to the authorities, online filings to the various courts and governmental offices, digital payments, managing work with cryptographic coins, paperless work environment, and many other innovative processes.
These procedures enable the attorney and administrative staff a more efficient work, full responsiveness to clients, and 24/7 access to all databases from anywhere in the world where there is internet access.
Work in a cloud environment assists the office staff and allows great flexibility, immediate assistance to clients and the provision of professional, prompt and comprehensive legal services.
Rani received an LL.B. as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration (specializing in Information Technology) from the Reichman University.
