Gad is a partner in the Commercial & International Law Department at BGA, dealing mainly with domestic and international "Cross-Border" commercial transactions, high-tech & technology, corporate and commercial law issues as well as other related legal services.
Gad is involved in supporting various complex domestic and international commercial transactions, financing transactions, and other commercial-legal services, including inter alia supporting several Chinese life-science companies in several R&D, technology transfer, and investment transactions vis-à-vis local Israeli partners.
Gad is also a leading member of the BGA team devoted to supporting J&J and its local subsidiaries in Israel. In that role Gad is providing ongoing legal support to J&J local subsidiaries in corporate, commercial and regulatory issues. Gad is currently responsible for negotiating all clinical trials agreement with respect to all of J&J’s clinical trials conducted in Israel. Gad is also involved in providing such J&J local subsidiaries with legal support in worldwide commercial and technology transfer transactions. As a member of the BGA team devoted to representing J&J, from time to time Gad is involved in assisting J&J in the acquisition and assimilation of local entities.
