Adv. Amir Dotan, who has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, specializes in real estate, land taxes, and planning and construction law.

Amir has great expertise in handling real estate transactions, representing construction companies, investors and entrepreneurs, conducting negotiations, liaising with governmental offices, local authorities and the Israel Land Authority in a wide variety of transactions, including sale contracts, leases, land participation agreements, dissolving land participations, registering condominiums, registration of rights with the Israel Land Authority (TABU), as well as representation in litigation relevant to his areas of practice.

Amir received his LL.B. from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, as well as a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in political sciences from the  Tel- Aviv University.

Amir was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2000.
