The capital markets department at our firm deals with companies, IPOs, and some of the most complex transactions conducted both in Israel and abroad, both on and off of the stock exchange. This department is considered to be one of the leading capital markets departments in Israel, providing counsel to dozens of companies from a wide range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, IT and infrastructure, finance, hi-tech, and retail, to name a few.
The team comprises partners and prominent, reputable attorneys within the capital markets and securities arenas, offering ongoing counsel to clients throughout their companies’ entire lifecycle; from IPOs to shelf prospectus, capital and debt raising, ongoing reporting to regulatory entities, shareholders transactions, enforcement plans and managing the company as a public company.
The capital markets department routinely accompanies leading companies in Israel throughout all their endeavors within the local capital market, and is thus continuously in tune with the heart of the business world, in Israel and across the globe.
This department works in full and continuous collaboration with the ISA (Israel Securities Authority), the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, underwriters, and other regulatory entities, as well as with various entities operating within local and global capital markets.
The department and its partners have taken part in some of the largest and most important IPOs, events and transactions in the Israeli economy. These include, amongst others, the sale of the traded EMET Computing company to the FIMI Investment Fund, the Terminal X deal between Reshet (Channel 13) and Fox Wizel, the merger between the traded Intercure Ltd. and a SPAC, the registration of the merged Intercure for trading on the Canadian TXS and NASDAQ, as well as IPOs and raising debt for companies such as Alrov Group, both in Israel and worldwide.
