Adv. Avner Tzur is an attorney and partner in the firm and has been the manager of the Tiberias Branch since 1992.
His areas of specialization are commercial law and real estate, cooperative societies, agricultural law, criminal law and litigation in different tribunals.
The fact that Adv. Tzur served for two years, when starting his career, as an advocate in the State Prosecutor’s Office, constitutes a great advantage in all that relates to representation and appearance in court, as well as the ability to recognize the various entities on both sides of the fence.
Adv. Tzur acquired great experience within the framework of representing various clients in the field of the working settlement, cooperative societies as well as agricultural companies, regional factories and companies in the agricultural segment.
Adv. Tzur is a member in various forums in the field of settlement, including being a member of the Cooperative Societies Committee of the Israeli Bar Association. Since 2006 Avner has served as a member and the chairman of the District Disciplinary Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
In addition, in light of his great experience, Adv. Tzur serves as an arbitrator and mediator on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
In the past decade, Adv. Tzur specialized in the subject of the Water Law and all that emanates from it, including water infrastructures and various water plants.
Within this framework, Adv. Tzur represents some of the largest water societies in the northern district, and appears before various forums in this field, including the Water Authority Council and the Water Court.
In recent years, with the many changes in the settlement land field, such as ascribing apartments in Kibbutzim and arranging rights to estates in Moshavim, Adv. Tzur has work intensively in these areas both in Kibbutzim and in Moshavim.
Avner received his LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in 1982 and is completing a master’s degree in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Avner was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1984.
