Adv. Hanan Doron is a senior partner practicing Torts, Insurance and Medical Malpractice.
Hanan has a unique expertise and experience of many years in litigation in the field of insurance, civil litigation (complex actions, appellate proceedings, mass actions and class actions) and torts law (mass actions, professional liability and medical malpractice, and product liability) and he is among the senior litigators in these fields in Israel.
Hanan is involved in some of the largest and most complex disputes in Israel, with many years of comprehensive expertise in these areas. Hanan regularly appears before courts of all levels and in alternative proceedings, including complex mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Hanan represents Israel’s leading insurance companies and other prominent multinational commercial companies in the local and the global market providing legal advice and representation in proceedings in all courts.
Hanan provides advice to leading companies in Israel and abroad with regards to legal aspects connected with Covid-19 and particularly all that relates to insurance coverage for damages caused by the pandemic.
Hanan represents infrastructure entities in property claims as well as pharmaceutical companies in suits and motions to certify class actions in the fields of professional liability and product liability in sums of hundreds of millions shekels.
Hanan has also a practice and expertise in Labor Law.
Hanan lectures in forums of the Bar Association and insurance companies.
Hanan obtained an L.L.B. in 1987 from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and has an additional degree in computer science (B.Sc. 1986) from Hebrew University.
He did his internship period as an intern at the Supreme Court of Israel, Chambers of the Hon. Justice S. Levin (1987-1988).
Military service – Colonel (Ret.).
Hanan was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1989.
