Adv. Itzhak Sela provides ongoing counsel to companies, particularly companies in the hi-tech and biotechnology fields, on various matters, including commercial agreements, R&D processes, intellectual property agreements, etc., both Israeli and International transactions.
Besides his legal education, Itzhak holds an additional technological and financial education.
Itzhak Holds a double bachelor’s degrees in engineering and sciences (B.A. + B.Sc.) from the Technion – the Israeli Institute of Technology and Itzhak received his LL.B. from Ono Academic College.
Itzhak holds a master’s degree (cum laude) in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a major in finance and capital markets from Ben Gurion University.
Itzhak was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2017.
Itzhak is a captain (Res.) in the IDF.
