Adv. Shira Avital practices in the areas of planning and zoning, expropriation, real estate and litigation.
Shira did her internship with the firm and joined the planning and construction department as an attorney in 2019.
Shira represents the firm’s clients in the various legal tribunals in proceedings submitted to the High Court of Justice and to the Administrative Court, as well as civil actions, including expropriation compensation, usage fee, eviction and more.
Shira specializes in representation in the field of a decrease in value as a result of plan approvals (claims pursuant to Section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, 1965) and in matters of the Land Betterment tax.
In addition, Shira specializes in representing expropriating entities before the Exceptions Committee that was established pursuant to the Lands Ordinance (Acquisitions for Public Purposes), 1943.
Shira regularly accompanies many projects in the construction field with an emphasis on planning, such as accompanying zoning processes before the various planning institutions and land Exceptions by the authorities.
Her clients include some of the largest infrastructure companies in Israel – Netivei Israel Co., Israel Railways Co, Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd, Netivei Ayalon and others, alongside local authorities and private clients.
Shira received her L.L.B. in from the College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN).
Shira was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2019.
