Adv. Uri Assa is a partner in the Torts and Insurance Department in our firm. Uri is highly experienced in representing plaintiffs and defendants in the various courts throughout Israel, both in bodily injury and in all aspects and diversities of property damage claims.
Uri represents for many year several of the Israeli economy’s leading insurance companies, in cases involving bodily injury and property damages, professional liability and medical malpractice, and more, in complex insurance issues. Likewise, Uri represents victims of violence in civil suits, and has obtained impressive achievements in this field.
In addition, Uri represents multinational medical companies in complex litigation proceedings (In medical malpractice, bodily injury, product liability cases, and more).
Uri is a commercial pilot having considerable experience in various commercial flights, especially in aerial photography flights. He is a graduate of the course of Basic aerial incident investigation of the Israeli Ministry of Transportation and the course of large scale aerial disaster investigation of the U.S. National Transportation Board (NTSB).
Uri has unique experience in handling tort and insurance claims in the aviation field, as well as providing expert opinions in the field of flight safety.
Uri holds an LL.B., as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in finance from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (graduated cum laude), and was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2009.
