Adv. Yehuda Illuk practices in the areas of cooperative societies, land, real estate and insolvency, with more than 12 years of experience in these fields.
Yehuda is an expert in the area of cooperative societies and provides ongoing legal counselling to leading kibbutzim in the kibbutz movement, including representation before judicial tribunals, various courts, appellate committees, the Israel Land Authority and planning institutions. Yehuda has practiced for many years in the areas of land, commercial and business, and participates in negotiations and real estate transactions in a variety of matters, including sale transactions and leases of commercial and private properties.
In addition, Yehuda provides ongoing counselling to cooperative societies, legal accompaniment within the framework of carrying out entrepreneurship of solar energy projects on lands of cooperative societies, building gas stations, commercial centers, assisted living facilities, issues involving Master Zoning Plan 35, decisions of the Israel Lands Council and the like.
Yehuda specializes in analysis and implementation of the decisions of the Israel Land Council and accompanies cooperative societies in the process of implementing decisions of the Israel Lands Council and issues connected thereto in the connection between the society and its members and the connection between the society and the Israel Lands Authority, planning committees, the Ministry of Agriculture, etc.
Within the framework of his expertise, Yehuda regularly handles complex parcellizations, the registration of condominium houses, the recordation of rights in residences and commercial buildings, starting from the unification and division process phase in the land records through the final registration.
In addition, Yehuda is the authorized by the Administrator General and Official Receiver to prepare ongoing powers of attorney.
Yehuda joined the firm as a partner in 2020 as part of the merger with Granot & Co.
Yehuda was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2009 and received his L.L.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
