Adv. Slilat has a substantial seniority and a large span of involvement and specialization, among other things, in the following fields:
Companies – incorporation (including preparing incorporation documents and recording the company with the respective registrar), administration and liquidation (including liquidation in court or by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies) of companies, cooperative societies and partnerships pursuant to the Companies Law, the Cooperative Societies Law and the Partnerships Ordinances.
Financial – including, and especially, loans, charges, assignment of rights, etc., conducting legal proceedings against banks, filing applications to obtain a license to provide credit pursuant to the Supervision of Financial Services Law.
Litigation – legal proceedings, including appearing before various tribunals, appeals and creating legal precedents.
Business – ongoing accompaniment of businesses from a legal aspect. Managing and accompanying businesses at the time of crisis or disputes between partners, shareholders or members in cooperative societies.
Contracts – involvement in the fields of the Contracts Law, General and Remedies, the Contractor Contract Law, Gift Law, Sales Law, Agency Law, Assignment of Debt Law, Pledge Law, Trust Law, etc.
Moshavim – engagement in disputes among members, including especially disputes in matters of a “continuing son”.
Estates – preparing wills, administering estates, and representation in disputes between heirs.
Arbitrations – administering arbitration proceedings pursuant to the Arbitration Law.
Adv. Slilat is being appointed by the court as an executor of an estate, trustee and liquidator.
Adv. Slilat serves as legal counsel to buying organizations, Kibbutzim and large regional factories in the working settlements, a fact that gives him great experience in the sector of large companies with a wide variety of administrative, business and legal issues.
Adv. Slilat gained great experience within the framework of representing various clients in the field of working settlements, cooperative societies and agricultural companies, regional factories and companies in the agricultural segment.

Adv. Slilat is a notary and has been certified to prepare ongoing powers of attorney.
Adv. Slilat received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural science from the Hebrew University in 1984, an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in 1988, and a master’s degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2000. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1989.
