Adv. Gad Enoshi is a partner in BGA’s International Commercial Law Department with extensive multidisciplinary experience spanning over two decades in local and international business and commercial law.
Gad is involved on an ongoing and personal basis in supporting complex local and international commercial transactions, including M&As, technology transfer transactions, financing transactions, and the day to day administration and governance of private ventures.
Gad serves as a trusted and strategic advisor to his clients, participates, and accompanies certain think tanks in various fields with respect to material decisions by such clients.
Gad has an analytical ability and a broad vision of complex and crises situations as well as an understanding of the needs and interests of all parties involved and specializes in structuring solutions and processes for managing and resolving disputes and for advancing the client’s interests.
Gad is a leading partner in the team dedicated to the legal support of the business activities of the Johnson & Johnson multinational healthcare cooperation (JNJ) in Israel and serves as outside legal counsel for some of JNJ Group’s local subsidiaries. In this position, Gad and his team provide ongoing legal support to local JNJ subsidiaries on various subjects, including corporate governance, privacy, competition, distribution, regulation, compliance, clinical studies, M&As, as well as compliance by the local companies with JNJ’s global corporate rules, and compliance of the global group’s activity with applicable local regulation and rules.
Gad serves as legal counsel to a number of startup and technology companies in the fields of life sciences, agrotech, fintech, and water-tech in various phases of such companies lifecycle, from the inception and establishment phase, through development, financing, and investment phase, to M&As and the desired exit.
Simultaneously, Gad serves as legal counsel for established heavy industry manufacturing companies in various contractual transactions, M&As, establishing global presence by way of acquisition, and the incorporation of subsidiaries in Israel and abroad.
Gad completed his L.L.B. with honors in 1998 at UEL in London and his master’s degree (LL.M.) also with honors in 2000 at the Bar Ilan University, while working as an attorney.
Gad was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1999.
